The Experience
Take this special chance to make several parts of your Kumagawa Hospitality Dinner reservation. During these 45 minutes you will make spicy wheat bran and arrowroot tofu. Also, you will learn to make a special dish, arrowroot manju, not apart of the regular menu.

Take these precious moments to speak with someone living in Kumagawa and learn about their life, the area, and most importantly, what they enjoy most about food!
