Enjoy a whole red seabream from Tsuruga city, the main fish of the Wakasa region. The Shabu-shabu also uses stock made from seabream. This meal is served with seasonal vegetables and salted ponzu sauce from Kumagawa-juku. *Available from March 1st ~ May 31st
