築150年の古民家でお味噌を仕込みます。あらかじめかまどでふっくら炊き上げておきますので、塩と麹を合わせるところから体験いただきます。お味噌の話と味噌汁の試食付き。
You will make miso in a 130 year old Japanese home. The miso is cooked in the oven beforehand. Your experience will start with mixing in salt and malted rice. Also, please enjoy sampling miso soup while you learn about miso.
